1. Each order is limited to one delivery address only. If the delivery location does not have a direct elevator access to the floor, please inform us when placing your order, and we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
2. We only offer exchange or return services for goods that are faulty, damaged, or have quality issues. Please apply through the CONTACT US within seven days after receiving the goods. We will review your application and respond as soon as possible to accept or reject the request. Please keep the purchase receipt, and the goods must be returned in their original packaging. If the returned product includes promotional gifts or other special discount items, these items must be returned together.
3. All pictures on this website are for reference only. The appearance of the goods may differ from the pictures. We guarantee that all goods are genuine and imported directly from the origin. Except for quality issues, we will not provide exchange or return services.
